Target Audience

This program is designed for executives, emerging leaders, high potentials, global leaders, and anyone who is currently or training to be in a leadership role.

Schedule

The schedule is based on client needs and goals. Packages include a series of half-day face-to-face coaching sessions coupled with phone coaching calls over several months or longer. While the program is designed to be delivered over several months, some clients opt for a one-day intensive or fewer half-day sessions.

Program Overview

We begin by assessing your current skill level, reviewing feedback from others, and defining your program goals. This information will give you a benchmark on which to build new skills and help you develop a plan for continuous improvement. Then, using The Connection Loop, our core learning model, you will be quickly immersed in learning skills, behaviors, and techniques used by world-class public speakers.
But analysis and theory are never enough to drive behavioral change, so get ready for action! Working with an expert coach over time gives you the chance for deep immersion in the process and practice of public speaking. You will polish and refine your new skills continuously as you deliver your presentation in front of the camera. During our signature Line by Line Coaching process, you will receive immediate feedback followed by practice, demonstration, skill coaching, and drills.
